Job Title: IT Support and Systems Administrator Intern - AI Incubator & Start-Up Accelerator Company: Vosyn Location: Hybrid, Remote (both options available) Duration: 520 hour internship (both full-time and part-time available) Compensation: Hourly ($32/hour) Start Date: January 6th, 2025 Please note: High-performing interns may be considered for full-time or permanent post-graduation roles, with preferential consideration given to those who have successfully completed their internship with the incubator lab. About the Role: As an IT Support and Systems Administrator Intern , you will be the go-to person for all technical support and automation needs. You will work with clients to resolve technical issues, implement automation processes, and optimize systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service. What You’ll Do:

• Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients.
• Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
• Set up and configure hardware, software, and network systems for clients as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

About You:

• A background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles.
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.
• Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
• Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship.
