Position: Customer Success Manager Location: Canada (Remote) Job Type: 6 months initial contract with potential for extension Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.M. to 5 p.M. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead relationship strategies for a portfolio of strategic retail partners, driving retention, productivity, and loyalty across e-commerce SaaS and API services. This role combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure partner success and strengthen relationships Responsibilities: - Build and execute strategies to enhance partner retention and loyalty. - Collaborate with internal teams for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. - Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise offerings - Deliver partner-facing presentations and product demonstrations. - Analyze data to extract business insights and inform strategies. - Manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, addressing challenges and implementing solutions. Requirements: - 5+ years of Customer Success with a focus on enterprise and SaaS. - Strong project/program management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Technical acumen to articulate enterprise capabilities. - Comfort with data analysis and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. - Proven stakeholder management and leadership presentation skills.
