The Role Real Estate - Associate / Senior Associate - Up to £80,000 salary This is a superb opportunity to join a Legal 500-ranked, Real Estate team to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of transactional Real Estate matters with a particular focus within the firms Corporate Real Estate division. The firm offer a heavy-weight, commercial real estate legal team of over 100 lawyers across our offices, who are trusted to get projects and transactions over the line efficiently and effectively. With full support from an administrative team, you will be handling a varied workload and be encouraged and expected to form close relationships with their clients. Much emphasis is put on developing and maintaining client relationships, they encourage their Associates to spend as much time with clients as possible. The Candidate
- A Real Estate Solicitor with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience
- Experienced across industries such as Retail, Leisure, Logistics & Occupiers
- Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Competitive basic salary - up to £80,000 DOE
