Role: AWS CDK Developer Toronto, ON - Hybrid Term: Contract Mandatory skills: AWS CDK, TypeScript, NodeJS, CloudFormation Detailed Job Description The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience and possess strong skills in AWS CDK, TypeScript, NodeJS, and CloudFormation. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS cloud-based infrastructure using CDK. You will also collaborate with cloud architects to ensure cloud security standards and work closely with development teams to build and support the AWS infrastructure. In this role, you will analyze existing business requirements and provide cost-effective cloud migration options. Additionally, you will document cloud migration solutions and provide process improvement recommendations. You should also have a good understanding of DevOps principles and experience with software configuration management and continuous integration tools. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. This is a hybrid work mode position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. Responsibility Designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS cloud-based infrastructure using CDK Building reusable CDK pattern for AWS infrastructure collaborate with cloud architects to ensure cloud security standards. collaborate with dev teams and support to build the AWS infrastructure and deployment support. Analyze existing business requirements and provide cost effective cloud migration options. Document the cloud migration solutions, learning and process improvement. Experience in typescript, AWS CDK, AWS cloud concepts like Lambda, API gateway, Step Functions, IAM, Cloud Formation, Secrets Manager, DynamoDB etc DevOps knowledge to best utilize cloud resources with software configuration management and continuous integration tools. Hands on experience on version control tools, GitHub workflow, merging and rebase. Knowledge of scripting languages using Node JS and typescript Good Communication skills.
