Position: Solicitor - Property Location: Auckland, New Zealand Experience: 2 - 4 years PQE The Opportunity: Our client is looking for a property lawyer to join their expanding team in a full-time role, with flexible options, including part-time hours for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Residential and Commercial Conveyancing : Manage the legal aspects of property transactions for residential and commercial properties.
- Leasing : Advise on leasing matters, including negotiations and drafting agreements.
- Subdivisions : Provide legal support for property subdivisions and related regulatory matters.
- General Property and Private Client Work : Handle various property matters, including trusts, wills, and estate planning.
- Elder Law : Offer legal advice on matters affecting older clients, including estate planning and powers of attorney.
- Minimum 2-4 years' PQE with experience in property law.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in legal research, drafting, and strategic case planning.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume caseloads.
- Commitment to justice, fairness, and ethical practice.
