Position: Solicitor - Property Location: Auckland, New Zealand Experience: 2 - 4 years PQE The Opportunity: Our client is looking for a property lawyer to join their expanding team in a full-time role, with flexible options, including part-time hours for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

1. Residential and Commercial Conveyancing : Manage the legal aspects of property transactions for residential and commercial properties.
2. Leasing : Advise on leasing matters, including negotiations and drafting agreements.
3. Subdivisions : Provide legal support for property subdivisions and related regulatory matters.
4. General Property and Private Client Work : Handle various property matters, including trusts, wills, and estate planning.
5. Elder Law : Offer legal advice on matters affecting older clients, including estate planning and powers of attorney.

What They're Looking For:

1. Minimum 2-4 years' PQE with experience in property law.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Proficient in legal research, drafting, and strategic case planning.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume caseloads.
5. Commitment to justice, fairness, and ethical practice.
