Duties and Responsibilities: The role of a Recruitment is mainly to support the company by creating and posting job advertisements on social sites and websites, running phone screening, schedule for interviews and organizing interviews and tests with suitable and potential candidates, main role will involve creating interview questions for job candidates.
- Handle recruitment process.
- Sourcing of suitable candidates via job ads, social media as well as referrals.
- Scree resumes, shortlist and select the right candidates for the available position.
- Responsible for screening, scheduling of interviews.
- Should be a good, productive team player.
- Candidate are required to have experience with full cycle recruiting.
- Have Background as a Recruitment or other recruiting related role.
- Have familiarity with hiring practices and stages.
- Experience using social networks for recruiting.
- Must have own transport for travel around.
