• Manage Product Backlog Items (PBIs), oversee change processes, and support delivery teams through functional testing.
• Use collaboration tools like Miro and Agile workflow tools e.g., Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic goals and drive value creation using analytical tools.
• Facilitate workshops and promote best practices to enhance value stream management and foster continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, encouraging innovation and expanding technical skills.
