Head of Nursing

This is a senior-level nursing leadership position responsible for overseeing the professional nursing practice model and interdisciplinary care models for patient care within a hospital setting. The incumbent serves as the liaison between nursing staff/management and other departments, focusing on patient and staff safety and satisfaction. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (estimated)

1. Oversee nursing staff compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements
