Buyer-Planner - 100% remote

Join our Passionate Team as a Buyer Planner! Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for data analysis and a passion for the cycling industry? We are looking for a motivated Buyer/Planner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the success of our brand portfolio. In this 100% remote position . You will leverage your expertise in supply chain processes, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize purchasing strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure we meet our business goals. What you will do:

• Analyze data to improve demand forecasts for our portfolio using forecasting tools.
• Utilize MRP to analyze product needs, create PO and manage the purchasing cycle for your assigned brands.
• Collaborate with product managers, other buyer/planner, and team leads to achieve cross-functional team objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements.

• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and ERP/MRP transactions.
• Experience with demand planning and/or forecasting is a plus.
• A consistently positive and encouraging attitude
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to solve problems and translate data into actionable insights.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a knack for creative solutions.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

• Knowledge of the cycling industry, including mechanics, components, and/or trends.
• A passion for cycling, outdoor activities or the outdoor industry.
• A desire to contribute to the company's success beyond your core responsibilities.
• The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• French-speaking skills are a valuable asset
