Company: Reptile Solutions Location: Beverly Hills, El Sheikh Zayed Role Overview: As the Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing effective leasing strategies for Reptile’s commercial properties. Your expertise in managing leasing portfolios, negotiating contracts, and maintaining tenant relationships will be crucial in achieving our occupancy and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic leasing plans to optimize occupancy and revenue for Reptile’s commercial properties.
- Manage and oversee leasing portfolios, ensuring effective contract negotiation and tenant management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants to promote long-term occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Negotiate lease renewals and extensions to secure favorable terms and enhance revenue.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leasing activities, manage tenant interactions, and report on key metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Special focus on Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the Commercial and Leasing industry.
- Proven experience in managing leasing portfolios, negotiating contracts, and tenant management.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and leasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and leasing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
