Senior Officer Regulatory Compliance

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Officer Regulatory Compliance . Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online. Job Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of PRs and AML regulations and industry-wide best practices.
2. Assist in the analysis, development, and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulations.
3. Help review, analyze, and respond to regulatory inquiries.
4. Liaise with the Manager Compliance regarding completion of special projects and regulatory initiatives.
5. Coordinate or assist in regulatory inspections and prepare information and responses to various requests.
6. Vetting of various reports and ensuring timely submission to regulatory bodies.
7. Help develop and conduct training to educate staff regarding PRs, policies & procedures, and any amendments.
8. Assist in the implementation of annual compliance programs for the bank.
9. Train employees on compliance guidelines, requirements, and standards.
10. Consolidate and prepare periodic reports.
11. Working on/knowledge of any Compliance Management Solution will be an added advantage.
