About the role Known internally as a 'Enterprise Solution Architect', you will partner with our Wholesale business to achieve strategic outcomes by leveraging people, process, data, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to bring thought leadership and industry experience to craft and execute multiyear strategic roadmaps at an exciting time where we are innovating and investing across our generation business. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our business through technology to hit our ambitious sustainability goals. In this role you will also;

• Lead the evolution of technology-enabled business roadmaps through close partnership with key stakeholders, technology peers and strategic vendors.
• Ensure alignment of business roadmaps and project architecture with Technology & Transformation strategies.
• Guide the Architecture Assessment process for new technology requests within the nominated business domain.
• Turn strategy into reality through Solution Architecture functions across projects, from initial concept design through to operational solutions delivering genuine business value
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project architects within the domain.
• Play an integral role in uplifting our architecture practice to enable achievement of Genesis' bold strategic targets.

About you: We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in building relationships and has a passion for innovation in the energy sector. Our ideal candidate will also have;

• Extensive industry experience with proven experience in Enterprise Architecture position.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on large, complex projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• The ability to smoothly transition between enterprise strategic thinking and project level solution design.
