Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with journalists, write press releases, and secure media coverage.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, craft messaging, and manage crises.
- Write speeches, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Organize press conferences, promotional events, and outreach programs.
- Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and act as a spokesperson when needed.
- Other functions as may deem necessary by the General Manager
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and college degree
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities with 1 to 2 years experience in related field
- Creativity and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Prior experience in PR, communications, or media (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater).
- SEO and digital marketing knowledge (preferred).
