- Email & Communication Management:
- Manage both professional and personal inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Send and follow up on emails, including chasing documents and responses.
- Organize emails by urgency and importance, keeping track of necessary actions.
- Calendar & Travel Management:
- Coordinate and manage the client’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Plan and structure a “perfect week”, showcasing your best practices!
- Handle travel arrangements and ensure all confirmations are secured.
- Sales & Follow-Up:
- Respond promptly to leads via email and messages.
- Schedule, reschedule, and follow up with leads, ensuring timely communication.
- Reach out to contacts on LinkedIn and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring data is organized and current.
- Send follow-up emails, summaries, and quotes to clients.
- Set reminders and follow-up tasks for the client, tracking progress.
- Organizational & Administrative Support:
- Organize and manage documents, files, and client-related materials.
- Coordinate with Upwork hires (e.g., video editors) to ensure task completion.
- Assist with purchases and help streamline processes for content creation and management.
- Work with the client to create and implement organizational systems.
- Accounting Support:
- Organize invoices, generate expense reports, and track receipts.
- Maintain credit card records and other financial documents.
- Provide support for accounting tasks (no advanced accounting or tax filing required).
- Social Media Support:
- Manage content scheduling and posting across social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Help organize profiles, including updating headshots, texts, and other personal content.
- Assist with formatting e-brochures, slides, eBooks, and other materials for design.
- Organize translations and collaborate on content production.
