This is a remote position. Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 35-40 hours per week (starting at 5/6 AM UK time)
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:- Update and maintain activity logs on Pipedrive (CRM).
- Input, cleanse, and ensure the accuracy of data fields.
- Manage diaries and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Handle inbox management, prioritizing and responding to emails.
- Prepare materials and information for appointments.
- Take minutes during client meetings and voice notes, then update Pipedrive (CRM).
- Call clients to book and confirm appointments.
- Ensure a professional and polished approach to client interactions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Outlook.
- Strong IT literacy, with experience using CRM systems like Pipedrive.
- Excellent time and task management abilities.
- Proven experience in EA/PA tasks, including diary and inbox management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
