Role Overview The Operations Associate will be a pivotal team member responsible for optimizing workflows, supporting client operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of quality management solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management (25%)

  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with team goals.
  • Support team development and address performance-related needs.
SOPs, Handbook Creation, and Process Building (40%)
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive handbooks to support operations and onboarding.
  • Continuously refine and enhance processes to optimize workflows.
Vendor and Customer Support (20%)
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide support and solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Day-to-Day Operations, Administrative Tasks, and R&D (15%)
  • Oversee routine operational tasks to maintain productivity.
  • Handle administrative duties, ensuring all systems function smoothly.
  • Conduct research and development to identify new opportunities and improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or project management.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce, D2C, or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with operational tools and platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar project management systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
