ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. ITSM expertise is mandatory, and proficiency in one or more additional skillsets (HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, EPro, or CSM) is highly desirable. Location: Bangalore/Chennai /Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Mandatory - ITSM:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
• Please make sure that ITIL best practices are followed for efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable ITSM workflows and reporting dashboards.

Additional Skills (Proficiency in One or More): Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Implement and manage hardware lifecycle processes, including inventory, procurement,and compliance. Software Asset Management (SAM): Optimize software licensing and compliance tracking. Configuration Management Database ( CMDB): Architect and maintain an accurate CMDB to support IT operations. Discovery: Configure and optimize Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application mapping. Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. EPro: Enhance procurement processes using ServiceNow's enterprise procurement solutions. Customer Service Management (CSM): Extend ServiceNow to improve customer service and enhance user experience. Qualifications: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead, with a strong focus on ITSM. Hands-on expertise in at least one of the additional skills listed
