Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Tax Analyst, or Tax Preparer, with specific experience in Income Tax and quarterly tax return filing.
- Skills: Strong analytical and time management skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Excel), and excellent communication skills.
- Certifications: Industry certifications such as CMA, CPA, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Income Tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Income Tax Compliance : Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state, national, and international tax laws.
- Quarterly Tax Returns : Prepare and file quarterly tax returns, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Form 16 Calculation : Calculate and issue Form 16 to employees, ensuring correct TDS deductions and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Tax Planning : Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for company.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other relevant regulations.
- Statutory Calculations : Perform statutory calculations, including TDS, GST, and other relevant taxes, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Financial Analysis : Analyse financial documents to identify potential tax credits, deductions, and savings.
- Audit Support : Assist in tax audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Record Maintenance : Organize and maintain records of tax payments, filings, and client information.
- Stay Updated : Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
