Pricing Actuarial Analyst

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Part Qualified Actuary to join a well-known multinational financial services company as a Pricing Actuarial Analyst. This position is based in Dublin city centre and has a hybrid working policy. The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years industry experience. You will be working with the Actuarial Pricing Team and reporting to the Assistant Pricing Manager. The successful candidate will work cross functionally and ideally have previous experience working in a product and pricing role but candidates coming from any background will be considered.

About the Pricing Actuarial Analyst role

1. Present results of analysis to senior management and various stakeholders.
2. Aid in the determination of premiums for new products to facilitate entry into new markets.
3. Refine product and pricing propositions to meet internal and external requirements.
4. Maintain policies and documentation to ensure compliance.
5. Ensure Actuarial Function is adequately resourced in terms of HR, systems and other technical resources.
6. Develop and refine product and pricing propositions to meet internal and external requirements.

1. Excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.
2. Strong Excel, SQL, Python and/or Power BI is advantageous.
3. Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate.
4. Ability to excel working on a team and where there is not a direct reporting relationship.
