Electrical Building Services Design Engineer - Multi-disciplinary Consultancy - Stoneybatter Co, Dublin Office/Project Location: Stoneybatter Co, Dublin Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid Experience: 3+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our client is an International Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering & Project Management Practice. They are currently looking for an Intermediate level qualified Electrical Building Services Engineer. Responsibilities:- Design electrical systems for buildings as part of an integrated project team.
- Design and specification of Electrical Engineering Solutions for Buildings to current regulations and design standards.
- Work directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
- Provide off-site technical support to construction teams.
- Strong technical ability in all aspects of Electrical Engineering Services & Design.
- Third level qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in a design consultancy environment.
- Knowledge & experience of current Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN Standards and IEC Standards.
- Experience in Dialux & Amtech.
- Experience of client, vendor & contractor interaction.
- Proactive, with the ability to work well with others in a multifunctional project team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
