Electrical Building Services Design Engineer - Multi-disciplinary Consultancy - Stoneybatter Co, Dublin Office/Project Location: Stoneybatter Co, Dublin Employment Type: Permanent Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid Experience: 3+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our client is an International Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering & Project Management Practice. They are currently looking for an Intermediate level qualified Electrical Building Services Engineer. Responsibilities:

1. Design electrical systems for buildings as part of an integrated project team.
2. Design and specification of Electrical Engineering Solutions for Buildings to current regulations and design standards.
3. Work directly with clients and project engineers to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
4. Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, and project bid teams.
5. Provide off-site technical support to construction teams.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical ability in all aspects of Electrical Engineering Services & Design.
2. Third level qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
3. 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in a design consultancy environment.
4. Knowledge & experience of current Design Guides, Building Regulations, EN Standards and IEC Standards.
5. Experience in Dialux & Amtech.
6. Experience of client, vendor & contractor interaction.
7. Proactive, with the ability to work well with others in a multifunctional project team.
8. Excellent attention to detail.
