Job Description:

Brand and Content Creation Manager Cpl are delighted to be working with an Irish health and wellness company who are seeking a creative Brand and Content Creation Manager to join the team on a permanent contract, based in Wicklow. The Brand and Content Creation Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Team and Nutritionists to support national campaigns for key brands, working with designers, content creators and media agencies to meet campaign deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating brand campaigns and implementing marketing activities - Trade and Consumer
2. Development of brand content, working directly with content creators and their agents
3. Digital marketing management: Ads, Email Marketing, social media, Online content, Search campaigns.
4. Concept and design management for point-of-sale materials.
5. Management of brand budget, media planning and campaign reporting
6. Event planning and attendance (approx. 6 per year)
7. Gathering market insights, competitor analysis and identifying opportunities for brand growth
8. Supporting sales team key account marketing activities where necessary

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years’ Marketing experience in a B2C environment
2. 3rd level qualification (Design and Business qualification preferred), or Marketing degree.
3. Excellent knowledge of social media – (TikTok and Instagram essential)
4. Experience and comprehension of creating and posting to amplify organic search and audience engagement.
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects within a team environment
6. Excellent writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
7. A genuine interest in health and wellness
8. Must be a commutable driving distance as its required to work a minimum of 3 days in the office a week
