About the Role The Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by managing digital analytics tools, generating actionable insights, and optimizing digital channel performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools and technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business outcomes through precise measurement, reporting, and strategy development. Main Responsibilities & Duties Data Management & Integration: Manage digital analytics platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards. Integrate analytics tools and data sources to create a comprehensive digital performance measurement framework. Performance Analysis & Insights: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior. Analyze data trends to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization. Provide recommendations to improve digital experiences and drive conversions. Collaboration & Strategy Development: Partner with marketing, product, and BI teams to align analytics strategies with business goals. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports for stakeholders. Contribute to the creation of data-driven strategies for customer engagement and retention. Tool Utilization & Automation: Leverage emerging technologies to enhance data connectivity and reporting efficiency. Implement and optimize tools for customer engagement, mobile performance measurement, and workflow automation. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with advancements in digital analytics, tools, and methodologies. Recommend innovative approaches to improve analytics capabilities. Skills and Knowledge: Experience with customer engagement platforms, mobile measurement tools, and workflow automation tools. Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices. Proficiency in analytics platforms and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data management, or a similar role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
