Job Description and Responsibilities : Manage IT infrastructure (hardware and software), including POS system installation and maintenance, as well as remote troubleshooting. Liaise with third-party vendors for new store infrastructure setup. Update store systems when necessary. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and standby assistance for store operations. Train new supervisors on system usage and handling minor technical issues. Prepare and maintain system user guides for all software systems, ensuring timely updates. Participate in UAT testing before GO-LIVE and release of new system versions. Update Windows and security patches for store POS systems and laptops, ensuring cybersecurity compliance. Maintain and update the IT inventory list and documentation for IT asset management. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the retail sector. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Proficient in English and Chinese. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage. Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and scripts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
