Job Description Responsible for the company’s organization, management, and marketing. Evaluate the company’s current performance and future expansion program. Take policy decisions and give directives for the company’s growth plans. Authorize quality, safety, and corporate-wide policies. Provide direction and key decisions regarding the company business, including operations, business development, finance, commercial, technical, and human resources. Oversee group business, including overseas offices. Build effective client relationships and expand the client base. Oversee the implementation of internal controls to adhere to corporate governance. Ensure good communication in social and public relations presented to relevant stakeholders.
