Senior / Project Engineer (Construction)

We are representing our client, a leading provider of integrated MEP services who offers expertise in construction management, design, planning, logistics, commissioning, and maintenance. Senior / Project Engineer (Construction) Responsibilities: Prepare technical specifications. Compile plans and specifications to organize project documents. Attend job set-up meetings. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field. Plan, implement, execute, and ensure successful completion of the project. Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project, including project planning, budget and cost control, safety, and quality system implementation. Ensure all projects run smoothly, including planning, controlling, execution, and communication with other departments. Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning. Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical/operational issues. Coordinate with multiple sub-contractors in preparing master plans, design briefs, and obtaining all necessary permits. Prepare, coordinate, and monitor a project from initial conception to final completion, including planning and forecasting budgets and timelines. Requirements: Minimum Degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management, building science, architectural engineering, construction technology, or any related discipline. Possess good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team and independently.
