Master Data Officer- SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our SAP master data. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP master data management principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end processes related to SAP master data creation, maintenance, and governance.
2. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various SAP modules.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement master data standards and best practices.
4. Conduct regular audits of SAP master data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
5. Implement data quality controls and measures to maintain high standards of accuracy.
6. Work closely with business users to resolve data-related issues and provide ongoing support.
7. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish and maintain data quality standards.
9. Monitor compliance with data governance policies and address any deviations.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and other relevant departments.
11. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP master data processes and best practices.
12. Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to project teams as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
2. Proven experience as an SAP Master Data Specialist or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP master data modules and best practices.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience in data governance and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP certification in relevant modules.
2. Experience with SAP IS-Retail.
3. Familiarity with data migration and conversion processes.
