Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Waiter to join our team. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, coordinating the food service process, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues, and assisting with cooking when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage orders, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality dishes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate food service, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of meals.
• Assist with cooking tasks as needed, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service, Communication, and Food & Beverage skills.
• Prior experience in Food Service and Cooking is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Food safety certification is preferred.
• Fluency in Thai language is beneficial.
