Job details

We are seeking a Reservation Supervisor to join SHH Signature Holiday Homes LLC Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. Key responsibilities include:

Listing all the properties to all our online portals such as Booking.com, Agoda, VRBO, Expedia, and Airbnb.
Applying DTCM permits for all the apartments.
Check-in and check-out on DTCM portal.
Sending number of check-ins and check-outs on a daily basis to the guest relation team.
Sending check-in and extension email to the building management.
Sending revenue report on a daily basis to management.
Assisting owners with their apartments if they have any inquiries regarding reservations.
Producing and managing holiday homes rental agreements.
Meeting with the General Manager regularly to ensure they are always aware of any areas of concern.

Role requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or hotel online portals reservation management background.
Experience in Dubai preferred.
Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Tourism market and Holiday Homes market is preferred.
Strong negotiation and consultative online portal sales skills.
Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in multiple languages like English, Arabic, Russian, etc.
