A Business Development Executive, with a Legal Background, is required for our Dubai Office. The candidate shall provide support to day-to-day activities in the Dubai Office to establish long-term strategic partnerships with legal firms concerning Agile PMA's Dispute Management Services. Responsibilities
  • Participate in business development activities and marketing including identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities & negotiations.
  • Support in conducting due diligence, building a network of contacts, and evaluating potential partnerships and existing clients.
  • Liaise with law firms and lawyers to introduce the company's dispute management services and related cooperation methods.
  • Contact potential clients/legal firms to arrange introductory meetings.
  • Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of changing regulatory guidelines and mandates affecting the industry.
  • Create and deliver compelling, customer-specific presentations via physical and online meetings.
  • Participate in business meetings, prepare quotes/proposals, and follow up on potential customers' agreements.
  • Attend related events including trade fairs and conferences as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A University Degree in Law (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license (with car preferred).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in legal business development, preferably in construction disputes/lawsuits.
  • Arabic speaking is a must; English is preferable.
  • Understanding of litigation proceedings is preferable.
  • Strong presentation skills, effective communication, and excellent negotiation skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Reliable ability to organize, plan, and prioritize.
  • Ability to visit clients and potential customer offices.
