Security Manager Vacancy in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

Position Objective: Ensuring the greatest degrees of client solution are provided by retail staff and guarantee they have the skills as well as support required for maximizing sales. Assisting the Store Manager in reliable and lucrative operation of the store, based on the business policies and treatments. To finish shop responsibility in absence of Store Manager. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Must be stylish/clean and have updated product knowledge to ensure minimal stock loss.
  2. Maintain expertise of new product, trend, and style directions at all times in order to effectively respond to and prepare for client needs.
  3. Ensure the retail personnel has the ability to give the highest level of client service for maximizing sales.
  4. Assist the Store Supervisor in the implementation of operating procedures at the shop as per the business standards.
  5. Ensure the brand and business's policies and procedures are adhered to by all the team at all times.
  6. Regularly audit own shop administration and resolve any concerns.
  7. Manage the day-to-day roster, leave, and complaints of the retail team.
  8. Maintain the visual retailing requirements at the shops at all times based on set VM standards.
  9. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the business for repeat sales.
  10. Provide feedback to the Store Supervisor and/or Area Supervisor with regards to the employees and products.
  11. Ensure recognition and vigilance at all times of safety and security in the shop with no neglect.
  12. Must be updated about the numerous brands of the group for suggestive selling to the clients.
