1. Provide insights and well thought out recommendations for day-to-day operational improvement
2. Identify company employee performance and development goals
3. Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per nybl’s objectives
4. Provide managers with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
5. Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance
6. Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
7. Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership
8. Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
9. Support all talent management and organisational design activities

The skills you'll need

1. Proven work experience within human resources
2. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
3. Familiarity with labour law in the UAE and Saudi
4. Impeccable ability to analyse data
5. Knowledge of performance management tools
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
8. Whilst a degree would be useful we place far more value in mindset and track record
