The Product Director plays a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of both strategic and operational product development initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, leading and mentoring the product team, establishing performance metrics, and managing key stakeholders. The Product Director is also tasked with fostering a transparent and accountable environment that promotes success. Key priorities:

Defining the strategy and vision for product development across all business areas, as well as creating and implementing a comprehensive product roadmap;
Analysing customer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, and building strong and competitive products;
Managing a diverse product team of 35 individuals across 9 teams, ensuring clear and transparent communication at all levels; Establishing an effective system of metrics to assess the performance of both products and initiatives, as well as the overall effectiveness of the team;
Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained success and growth.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in leading the development of B2 ecosystems, with a track record of success;
Extensive experience in ticketing, travel, banks or e-commerce products, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics;
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product development initiatives that align with and support overarching company goals;
A minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role;
Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher;
Strong experience in team management with more than 20 team members;
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to solve problems and make informed decisions.
