Real Estate Agent

This is a full-time on-site role for a REAL ESTATE BROKER at DOO Group located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY ROLE. Responsibilities

1. You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
2. Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients.
3. Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
4. Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
5. Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings.
6. Negotiating deals between the two parties.
7. Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles.
8. Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends.
9. Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships.

1. Experience in real estate brokerage and sales.
2. Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
3. Relevant certifications and licenses (RERA Card).
4. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
