Project Management

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to align on project goals.
Manage procurement, site activities, and team performance across all project phases.

Client Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Present project concepts, budgets, and progress for client approval.

Quality and Financial Oversight

Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards through regular site inspections.
Monitor budgets, manage contracts, and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

Risk and Problem-Solving

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, and project reports.
Prepare post-project evaluations to identify successes and improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
5+ years UAE experience in managing interior design, construction, or real estate projects, small to large scale, both residential and commercial.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and modern design trends preferred.
