MEP Sales Manager Budge Recruitment - Dubai, UAE Posted In 22/11/2013 Job Description Our client is among the most highly respected conglomerates in the Middle East, their portfolio of companies are responsible for managing well established multinational brands across several industries including automotive, real estate, logistics, building industries and interiors/fit-out. They are looking for an MEP Sales Manager to join their growing team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of MEP, you will be responsible for:
- Visiting under construction sites occasionally.
- Approaching the consultant/contractors for their ongoing/tender projects.
- Exploring new inquiries, evaluating and qualifying further in order to estimate.
- Following up and assisting the estimators to meet the tender submission deadline.
- Conducting initial meetings with suppliers to clarify scope/specification and ensure competitive pricing.
- Updating the Head of the department on the estimation status and inquiries in hand.
- Organizing meetings between the Head of the Department and clients for further qualification and evaluation.
- Following up with existing clients/contractors for their upcoming projects.
- Attending relevant training occasionally.
