The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IBCP Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP), ensuring the highest standards of academic and pastoral care. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of the IBCP curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging, innovative teaching strategies that align with IBCP standards.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners to support career-related learning.
- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the programme.
- Ensure compliance with IB guidelines and participate in IB accreditation processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Recognised teaching qualification.
- Significant experience in delivering the IBCP or other IB programmes.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Experience working in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with the educational and cultural context of the UAE.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
