We seek an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join the MB&F M.A.D Gallery team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and represent the brand's values of creativity and innovation. MB&F (Maximilian Bsser & Friends) is a pioneering Swiss luxury horology brand renowned for creating avant-garde timepieces that blend mechanical innovation with artistic design. The M.A.D. Gallery is a unique space where luxury, art, and mechanics converge, showcasing MB&F's extraordinary timepieces alongside curated kinetic art, celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of timepieces, kinetic art pieces, and the brand story to engage and educate clients effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding MB&F's creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation values.
- Drive sales targets by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience using your excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Handle daily operations, including sales transactions, inventory management, and showroom presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and inspiring gallery experience.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools to support ongoing client relationships and sales initiatives.

- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail, with watches or high-end timepieces.
- A watch enthusiast with a strong passion for horology and mechanical artistry of timepieces.
- Russian speaker is preferred to cater to international clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and client relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
