Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly within a specified time frame.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers via phone and email.
- Update and maintain the customer database and records accurately.
- Post property ads on real estate portals such as Bayut and Dubizzle.
- Ensure all ad details and descriptions meet company standards and guidelines.
- Review and verify all details before posting ads to ensure accuracy.
- Create new agent accounts on real estate portals as needed.
- Verify and update ads on portals regularly.
