We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Male/Female) to join our team in Dubai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be working with Managing Director and responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term, strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate services sector.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients .
Prospect and identify potential clients, reaching out to them through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain ongoing relationships to foster repeat business.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns in coordination with Marketing Manager.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively and efficiently.
Attending business networking events, exhibitions, seminars etc to bring new business and make referral partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in corporate services, company incorporation, and PRO services.
Strong understanding of the UAE business landscape and corporate services industry (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong sales , negotiation , and deal-closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English.
