About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled candidate to join our team as a Procurement Officer. The role requires the individual to deliver sustainable procurement and supply chain management strategies and processes that align with the best practices in the industry. The Procurement Officer will play a key role in guiding the organization to reduce cost and increase overall value. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective procurement practices and systems to manage NA information. This position also involves offering support for supply chain operations. Job Requirement Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Three or more years of comprehensive end-to-end procurement experience, preferably in a medical company or pre-hospital emergency setting, with expertise in procuring consumables, medical equipment, and service contracts.
Hands-on experience in managing supplier relationships and maintenance contracts related to medical equipment.
Extensive stakeholder management and communications skills.
Proficient in the entire procurement process including contract award and ongoing contract compliance.
Experience in an environment that has demonstrated strategic change and continuous improvement, with knowledge of change management principles.
Ground experience in effectively communicating and negotiating at all levels, both verbally and in writing, demonstrating an ability to analyze complex issues, assess business impact, and provide resolution.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Highly collaborative within a team environment.
Demonstrates a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Salary range: 15000-17000 AED #J-18808-Ljbffr
