Qualifications

You have a degree qualification coupled with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
A minimum of 5 years of previous GM experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred and is an important consideration in decision making. A proven track record heading up sizable sales organizations is required to be successful in this role.
Bringing significant business experience from the healthcare industry in the Middle East Region is seen as highly beneficial.
As a seasoned people leader, you invest in developing your employees and support their growth. You are comfortable in a multicultural environment, create a collaborative and inclusive culture, empower and foster diversity, and encourage innovation.
You are a commercially savvy business executive, an excellent communicator, and an analytical thinker experienced in developing and implementing strategies.
