Established in 1987, NMK has partnered with various leading manufacturers and brands to supply a broad range of technologies, equipment, and support to professionals in sectors such as entertainment, corporate, education, and hospitality. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Sales. Responsibilities

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  2. Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order
  3. Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verify, and enter items, transfer orders to OP team, explain stock-outs and expected delivery dates
  4. Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and regional heads
  5. Research accounts, identify buying influence and key players to generate additional interest
  6. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development
  7. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  8. Increase orders by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customer's buying history
  9. Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management
  10. Develop and maintain a project pipeline
  11. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies
  12. Demonstrate products to customers in conjunction with technical team and Brand managers
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and understand customer needs and requirements
  14. Develop close relationships with outside sales, technical and marketing departments
  15. Effectively meet KPIs specified by the line manager
Education, Experience, and Key Competencies
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, and knowledge in the AV field
  3. Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
  4. A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills
