We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie who will be responsible for the Sushi section to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes, maintaining a clean and organized sushi station, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and stored properly. You will work closely with senior chefs to support smooth kitchen operations and help develop junior team members. The ideal candidate will have previous sushi experience, strong knife skills, and a passion for Japanese cuisine. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. You should be familiar with working efficiently and HACCP standards as per Dubai Food Code. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or any culinary qualification
- Must have worked at least one year as Demi Chef de Partie in Hotels and Restaurants
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
