We have an exciting opportunity for you as Marketing Manager to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As the Marketing Manager , you will develop and implement marketing strategies for the hotel to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to relevant target markets, and support brand positioning through digital marketing campaigns and social media activities. This role will also create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system relevant to the hotel’s target audiences. You will work closely across all hotel departments to identify proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges. Additionally, you will develop and manage promotional activities, marketing channels, and the production of marketing materials for specific events; promote the hotel on IHG’s branded websites; and control marketing budgets effectively. To successfully fill this role, you should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field, along with 2 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Additionally, you should possess strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects, and demonstrate proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong presentation skills, curiosity, proactivity, and self-motivation are also required. Experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
