Reporting to the Innovation and Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with the national Innovation & Development team. Your role involves developing both front and back-end components, participating in user interviews, designing web user interfaces, integrating data sets, maintaining object ontologies, and ensuring the responsiveness and security of applications. You will drive projects from conception to completion, demanding strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Hard Skills

1. Front End programming
2. Back End programming
3. Developing on Palantir Foundry (Foundry Workshop, Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, Ontology Manager)
4. Creating servers and databases
5. Maintaining data connections (filesystem, JDBC, SFTP, webhook)

Soft Skills

1. Excellent organizational skills
2. Attention to detail
3. Ability to lead engineering teams

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in Kansas City, Missouri.
