The General Manager will oversee the Civil Building & Construction unit, driving its profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability. This role requires a strategic leader with exceptional commercial expertise, business development capabilities, and a dedication to sustainable practices. The General Manager will manage all unit operations facets, including financial performance, client engagement, and project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

20 years of experience with managerial experience in the construction and contracting industry, preferably with a background in the GCC region.
5-10 years in a senior management role.
