Job Description The role of Senior Tax Analyst is supporting the Head of Tax and Tax Senior Manager in the delivery of the group's tax compliance responsibilities and the provision of advice to the business on existing and new initiatives, including: Reporting and Compliance
- Assisting with the group's outsourced tax compliance processes, including reviewing CEMEA wide tax filings
- Preparing of tax forecasts and tax payments
- Preparation of USGAAP quarterly and year end reporting, including deferred taxes and FIN48 reviews
- Assisting with preparation of year end reporting for statutory accounts disclosures for the region
- Maintenance of tax team core source data and regular requests such as residency certificates and withholding taxes declarations.
- Liaising with stakeholders across Visa global tax, CEMEA finance, treasury and legal.
- Assisting with operational business queries, regarding withholding taxes and VAT.
- Assisting with cross border profit distributions and/or inter-company payments
- Assisting with corporate tax audits within the region
- Assisting with VAT management for the region.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR
- At least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
