Hello! We are the HR team of Farcana, a successful and innovative startup in the gaming industry, developing an AAA multiplayer online shooter for PC using blockchain technology. We are looking for a Leader who can transform our HR function into an innovative, effective, employee-centric, and business-focused department that meets the needs of a company targeting the global market. As our HR Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing all HR processes, including recruitment and offboarding.
- Creating and fostering a company culture aligned with our organizational goals.
- Handling personnel matters, such as accommodation requests, salary negotiations, and contract updates.
- Monitoring and reviewing employee KPIs to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Managing and updating the People Force system.
- Implementing quarterly team-building events to enhance company culture.
- Conducting audits of HR processes, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions.
- Developing and implementing human resources policies that support strategic objectives.
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Managing staff wellness and conducting performance reviews.
- Motivating and supporting current staff while maintaining accurate staff records.
- Handling employee benefits and identifying staffing needs to create job descriptions.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in recruiting.
- Familiarity with Emirates labor laws and regulations is a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a global gaming company in roles such as HRD, Senior HRM, HR Generalist, or HRBP.
- Proven experience in the areas listed above that you will manage within our company.
- Experience in managing an HR Team of 5+ people.
- Familiarity with startup culture and the ability to manage risks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach, capable of implementing best practices in HR aligned with business goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and budget management experience.
- Exceptional people management skills.
- Fluent in Russian & English is a must have.
- Willingness and ability to work remotely (GMT +4).
- Fill at least 90% of current open positions.
- Implement an employee feedback system.
- Organize two team-building events to enhance company culture.
- Update and effectively manage the People Force system.
- Achieve a company-wide employee satisfaction rate of 90%.
