Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation via cold calling.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to achieve positive closures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Continuously track and develop the clientele.
- Analyze and identify the right prospective leads to convince potential customers effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably native English speakers or individuals with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to maintain work ethics while handling a remote role.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours a week during UK / EST hours.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Sales & Marketing is a definite advantage.
