Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Role: Senior Solution Architect (NHL Project Team) Duration: 6 Months & extendable Mode of work: Remote Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our NHL project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure IT solutions that align with the project's goals and the organization's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Accountabilities:

1. Design and develop comprehensive IT solutions that meet the NHL project's requirements.
2. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
3. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
4. Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate solutions effectively.
5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the project's architecture.
6. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines.
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the architecture.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology and architecture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with at least 7 years in a senior role.
3. Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
4. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud-native architectures.
5. Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices, APIs, and integration solutions.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
